【App Store Account】What if I hit two-factor authentication or a verification code?
When Apple asks for a six-digit code during sign-in, grab it from the "Get verification code / login info" button on your FoxVIP order page.
What if I hit two-factor authentication or a verification code?
If the App Store asks for a six-digit two-factor code after you enter the password, don't wait for a text message — the code is delivered straight to your FoxVIP order page.
How to get the code
- Leave the sign-in screen open at the code-entry step.
- In a browser, log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your App Store account order.
- Tap the Get verification code / login info button on the order page.
- The six-digit code Apple just sent will be displayed. Type it into the code field on your device.
- Once verified, sign-in completes.
If it doesn't work
- Code rejected as invalid: codes expire quickly. Tap "Resend" on your device or retry the sign-in, then hit the button again on the order page to fetch the newest code.
- No new code shows up: wait about 30 seconds and press the button again — Apple's delivery is occasionally delayed.
- You see an Allow/Don't Allow prompt instead of a code field: that device-confirmation popup appears on the account's existing trusted devices; on your end just follow the on-screen steps, and contact support if you get stuck.
- Still failing after several tries? Contact FoxVIP live support with your order number and a screenshot of the sign-in screen.
One aside: a code prompt should only ever appear while signing into the App Store app. If you're being asked for a code at the top of Settings, stop immediately — that's the iCloud entrance, and signing in there risks activation lock.
