What should I know before buying Claude Pro?

The Claude Pro plan sold on FoxVIP is a shared account — several users work under one Pro subscription. Read the rules below before ordering; they prevent almost every support issue we see.

How sharing works

1. All members sign in to claude.ai with the same email identity assigned to the order.
2. Claude accounts have no password. Login is done entirely with one-time email codes, and those codes are delivered through the "Get verification code / login info" button on your FoxVIP order page — you never touch a mailbox yourself.
3. Every chat in the account is visible to all members. Never type ID numbers, bank details, or anything genuinely private into it.
4. The Pro usage allowance belongs to the whole account. During busy hours the limit can be reached sooner than it would on a private account; it resets automatically with the usage window, which is normal.

Network requirements

Anthropic does not serve certain regions, including mainland China and Hong Kong. You need a network tool that routes you through a supported region (US, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.), and you should stick to one stable exit node — hopping between IPs is the fastest way to trigger Anthropic's security checks.

Things you must never do

• Do not change the account's email address or add any login method.
• Do not touch any security or account settings.
• Do not delete other members' chats or Projects.
• Do not generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policy.

Any of these disrupts every other member. Confirmed violations end the service without refund.

Is this plan right for you?

If you use Claude for writing, coding, or document analysis and can live with shared history and a shared quota, this is by far the most cost-effective way to get Pro. If your work is mostly confidential files or you need heavy, uninterrupted usage, choose a private-account product instead.
