I just bought Disney+ — how do I start watching?

Your login details are already waiting on your FoxVIP order page — grab them, sign in at disneyplus.com, and you can be watching in under two minutes.

Step 1: Get your credentials

1. Log in to FoxVIP and open My Subscriptions.
2. Open your Disney+ order.
3. Copy the account email and password shown there. Note which profile is assigned to you — you'll need it in Step 3.

Tip: Always copy-paste instead of typing. A single stray space at the end of a pasted password is the number one cause of "incorrect password" errors on the first try.

Step 2: Sign in on the web

1. Go to disneyplus.com in your browser.
2. Click Log In in the top-right corner.
3. Paste the email, click Continue, then paste the password and click Log In.

If Disney+ asks for a 6-digit code sent by email, don't worry — that's normal MyDisney security. Head back to your order page and use the Get Verification Code button to retrieve it.

Step 3: Pick your profile

On the "Who's Watching?" screen, select only the profile assigned to you on your order page. That's your personal space — everything you watch, save, or rate stays in it.

Leave the other profiles alone; they belong to other seat holders.

What about TV and mobile?

The same email and password work in the Disney+ app on phones, tablets, and smart TVs. TVs also offer an 8-digit code login — see the TV activation guide for that.
