Disney+ is asking for a one-time code (OTP) — what do I do?
Don't panic — this is standard MyDisney security, and the code lands in the account's inbox, which you can read straight from your FoxVIP order page. The whole thing takes about a minute.
Why this happens
When you sign in from a new device or location, MyDisney sometimes emails a 6-digit one-time passcode to the account email before letting you in. You'll see a "Check your email" screen with a code entry box.
How to get the code
- Leave the Disney+ code screen open (or note where to return to it).
- Log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your Disney+ order.
- Click Get Verification Code / Login Info.
- The latest 6-digit code from Disney appears — copy it.
- Back on Disney+, enter the code. You're in.
The code expires in about 15 minutes, so do this in one sitting rather than saving it for later.
If the code doesn't arrive or doesn't work
- Nothing shows up on the order page? Click Resend on the Disney+ screen, wait 30–60 seconds, then hit Get Verification Code again.
- "Invalid code" error? It has probably expired — request a fresh one and enter it right away.
- Requested several codes? Only the newest one is valid. If you clicked Resend twice, fetch again and use the latest code shown.
- Still stuck after a few tries? Wait a couple of minutes before requesting another code; rapid-fire requests can be rate-limited on Disney's side.
If this doesn't resolve it, contact FoxVIP live support with your order number.
