【Disney+】Disney+ says my password is wrong — how do I fix it?
The password on file has probably rotated — re-copy the current one from your order page and never use Disney's "Forgot password?" link yourself.
Disney+ says my password is wrong — how do I fix it?
Nine times out of ten, the password simply changed since you last saved it. FoxVIP rotates the account password periodically as a security measure, so the fix is to re-copy the current one from your order.
Fix it in three steps
- Log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your Disney+ order. The password displayed there is always the current one — treat any password saved in your browser or notes app as potentially outdated.
- Copy it fresh and paste it into the Disney+ login form.
- Before submitting, check the end of the pasted text — some clipboards add a trailing space, which Disney+ counts as a wrong character. Delete any space you see.
What NOT to do
- Never click "Forgot password?" on Disney+. That resets the shared account's password, instantly breaking login for every other seat holder — and for you, since your order page would then show the old one until FoxVIP updates it.
- Don't keep hammering the login button. Several failed attempts in a row can trigger a MyDisney security lockout that temporarily blocks the account for everyone.
Still failing with the fresh password?
- Make sure you're also using the email exactly as shown on the order page — MyDisney logins are email + password pairs.
- Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out an old cached session.
- Wait 10–15 minutes in case a temporary lockout is active, then try once more.
If this doesn't resolve it, contact FoxVIP live support with your order number.
