One stream per seat, please
The concurrent-stream limit belongs to the whole account, and every seat holder shares it. Keep your own viewing to one device at a time — if everyone does, nobody ever hits the "too many streams" wall. Pausing on your TV before continuing on your phone counts as one stream, so that's fine.
Getting actual 4K playback
Having a 4K plan isn't the whole story. You also need:
- A 4K-capable device (4K TV, Apple TV 4K, recent Fire TV/Roku models, or a supported 4K browser setup)
- HDMI 2.0 or later cable and port if a streaming box is involved
- Roughly 25 Mbps of stable bandwidth
If a title plays in HD only, check the title page badges first — not everything in the catalog has a 4K master.
