Google Account
【Google Account】What if my account is disabled or flagged?
Where to file a Google appeal when the account shows as disabled, what to write, and when the issue qualifies for FoxVIP after-sales.
What if my account is disabled or flagged?
If sign-in shows "Your account has been disabled", you can file a recovery request through Google's official appeal flow. If the account was already disabled at your very first sign-in, skip the appeal and go straight to FoxVIP after-sales.
First, identify which case you're in
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Disabled at first sign-in, or shortly after delivery before you did anything with it | A delivery issue — contact FoxVIP live support with your order number and a screenshot of the disabled screen; it's handled under the after-sales policy |
| Disabled after a period of normal use | File an appeal yourself first — most light risk-control suspensions are recoverable |
Filing the Google appeal
- Go to
accounts.google.comand sign in with the account — a disabled account lands on an explanation page instead of the inbox. - On that page, click "Request review" (sometimes "Start appeal"). You can also reach the recovery flow via
support.google.com/accounts/answer/40695. - Fill in the form:
- A contact email you can actually read — Google's decision goes there; - A short, factual statement, e.g. "I use this account for personal email only and believe it was disabled by mistake. Please review."
- Submit and wait. Replies typically arrive within 1–3 business days at the contact email you gave.
While the appeal is pending
- Submit only once per suspension — duplicate appeals don't speed anything up.
- Don't keep attempting sign-ins from different IPs while waiting.
- If the appeal succeeds, go straight to the "Security" page and review the signed-in devices.
If the appeal is denied
After a final "cannot be restored" reply, if the order is still within the FoxVIP after-sales window and the suspension wasn't caused by high-risk use on your side (mass mailing, constant region switching, and the like), contact live support with your order number and a screenshot of Google's reply — support will determine the after-sales resolution.
