【Google Account】What if I signed in to the wrong account or got the wrong credentials?
How to verify the delivered credentials against your order page, rule out browser auto-login, and escalate genuine delivery mistakes to support.
What if I signed in to the wrong account or got the wrong credentials?
Start by comparing character-for-character against your FoxVIP order page — most "wrong delivery" reports turn out to be the browser silently signing in to an old account. If the credentials genuinely don't match, contact support with screenshots.
Step 1: Check against the order page
- Log in to FoxVIP → "My Subscriptions" → open the Google Account order.
- Compare the Gmail address on the order page with the account you're actually in: click your avatar in the top-right corner of any Google page — the popup shows the full email of the current account.
- Typical causes of signing in to the wrong account:
- You skipped incognito and the browser auto-selected an account you'd used before; - You clicked the wrong entry on the account chooser screen; - A character was dropped while copying the address, so you hit someone else's similar address (this shows "wrong password" rather than logging in).
Step 2: If you just landed in your own old account
- Click the avatar → "Sign out", or simply close the incognito window.
- Open a fresh incognito window and sign in again with credentials re-copied from the order page.
Step 3: If it's genuinely a delivery problem
The following count as delivery issues — contact FoxVIP live support with your order number:
- The credentials work, but the account's region or type doesn't match the product description;
- The delivered password or recovery email doesn't match the account, so sign-in can't complete;
- The account you received is a different spec from the one you ordered.
Include all three when you reach out: order number + screenshot of the order page credentials + screenshot of the actual result. Support will verify and reissue the correct account or resolve it under the after-sales policy.
Important
Until the mix-up is confirmed and resolved, do not change that account's password or recovery email — modifying credentials counts as accepting the delivery and complicates a replacement.
