What should I know before buying a ChatGPT Plus top-up?

This service upgrades your own ChatGPT account to Plus. You are not buying a new account, and you are not sharing an account with anyone — after the top-up, the account is still yours alone.

Check these before ordering

1. You have a ChatGPT account that logs in normally — open chatgpt.com and make sure you can sign in and reach the chat screen.
2. The account does not have an active Plus subscription. If it's already Plus, wait until it expires before ordering to avoid overlapping subscriptions.
3. You'll need to submit account details when ordering (email and password, or the authorization method described on the product page), so have them ready and correct.
4. Between placing the order and activation, do not change your password or turn on two-factor authentication — either one interrupts the process and delays your order.

How the service works

• After you submit your details, FoxVIP upgrades your account to Plus, normally within 24 hours.
• OpenAI may trigger a security check during the process (for example, a verification code sent to your email). You'll need to pass it along promptly — watch for messages from FoxVIP support or on your order page.
• Once active, you'll see the Plus badge and expiry date under Settings → Subscription in ChatGPT.

What after-sales covers

• If the top-up fails because of incorrect details, you can correct them and the order is re-queued.
• If you've paid but Plus hasn't activated past the deadline, or it disappears shortly after activation through no action of yours, you can file an after-sales request.
• Canceling the subscription yourself, requesting a refund from OpenAI, or getting the account banned for policy violations are not covered.
