How long does the top-up take? What if it never activates?
With correct account details submitted, Plus activates within 24 hours — most orders finish considerably faster.
How to check whether Plus is active
- Sign in at chatgpt.com, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner → Settings.
- Open the Subscription section. If it shows ChatGPT Plus with a renewal/expiry date, you're active.
- Alternatively, open the model picker in a chat — if Plus-only models are selectable, the upgrade is live.
Past 24 hours with no Plus? Run these three checks
- Were your details correct? Log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open the order and re-read the email and password you submitted. If something's wrong, see "What if I submitted the wrong account or password?"
- Is a verification waiting on you? Check your order page messages and your email inbox (spam folder too). OpenAI may have sent a verification code during the process — until you provide it, the order stays on hold.
- Did you change the password? Changing your password or enabling two-factor authentication after ordering interrupts the process; you'll need to supply updated details so the order can be re-queued.
If none of that explains it
