Plus Top-Up
【Plus Top-Up】What if OpenAI triggers a security check during the top-up?
OpenAI may email you a verification code or login confirmation while the top-up is in progress — forward it to FoxVIP support quickly and the process continues.
What if OpenAI triggers a security check during the top-up?
The top-up requires signing in to your account, and OpenAI sometimes challenges logins from a new environment. This is normal — pass the verification along and the top-up continues.
Verification you might see
- Email verification code — OpenAI sends a numeric code to your registered email that must be entered to sign in.
- Login confirmation email — a message with a confirmation link or a "Yes, it's me" button that you need to click.
- Third-party login checks — if the account signs in via Google or Apple, that platform may also send a security prompt for you to approve on your own device.
What to do
- From the moment you order until activation, keep an eye on your email inbox and on messages from FoxVIP support or your order page.
- When a code arrives from OpenAI (e.g., [email protected]), send it to FoxVIP live support right away, or submit it as instructed on the order page.
- Codes usually expire in about 5–10 minutes; an expired code means the check has to be triggered again, so speed matters.
- Once support confirms the verification passed, the top-up proceeds to completion.
Good to know
- Verification emails often land in spam or promotions folders — check there if nothing shows up.
- Share codes only through official FoxVIP support channels, never anywhere else.
- A "new device signed in" alert email during this window is expected — it's the top-up operation. Don't click "secure my account" or reset the password; a password change interrupts the top-up.
If verification keeps failing or emails never arrive, contact FoxVIP live support with your order number.
