What information do I need to provide when ordering?
You'll submit your ChatGPT account email and password (some listings support other authorization methods — follow the product page). FoxVIP uses these to sign in to your account and complete the Plus upgrade.
How to submit
- Purchase the Plus Top-Up product on FoxVIP.
- Fill in your ChatGPT email and password where prompted on the checkout or order page.
- Watch your order status and wait for the completion notice.
Check these before you hit submit
- Do a test login first. Go to chatgpt.com and sign in with the exact email and password you're about to submit. If you can reach the chat screen, the details are good. This one minute prevents most order delays.
- Know your sign-in method. If you normally sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft and have never set a ChatGPT password, use "Forgot password" on the ChatGPT login page to create one for that email first — or choose the matching authorization option if the product page offers it.
- Turn off multi-factor authentication. If you enabled MFA under Settings → Security in ChatGPT, disable it before submitting. You can switch it back on after the top-up completes.
- Proofread the email character by character — no stray spaces, no typo'd domain.
About your credentials
The details you submit are used only for this top-up. Once it completes, feel free to change your password. Just don't change it (or enable MFA) while the order is in progress — that interrupts the operation.
