【GPT Plus】How many people share a GPT account?
Typically 4 to 6 users per Plus account — check your product page for the exact number. Each order gets one fixed seat with no overselling.
How many people share a GPT account?
The exact number is stated on the product page you ordered from. FoxVIP's shared GPT Plus accounts typically host 4 to 6 users on one Plus-enabled account.
How seats work
- Each shared account is divided into a fixed number of "seats." One order = one seat, and seats are never oversold.
- Once an account's seats are full, no new orders are assigned to it. FoxVIP also limits how many sessions are online at once to reduce interference between users.
- Your seat stays yours for the whole order period — there's no racing for access. Renewing before expiry keeps your original seat (see "Can I renew my order? Will I be auto-charged next month?").
What sharing means in practice
- GPT-4o and o-series message caps are pooled per account, so a heavy user on your account eats into everyone's allowance.
- With several people chatting at peak hours, replies can slow down or queue briefly.
- Chat history is mutually visible on the account — delete conversations after use or switch to Temporary Chat for anything private.
If user count and speed matter a lot to you, consider a dedicated account instead; the comparison is in "What's the difference between a shared and a dedicated GPT account?"
