【GPT3.5】What if GPT3.5 asks for a verification code?
OpenAI emails a 6-digit code to the account inbox — read it directly via the Get Code / Login Info button on your FoxVIP order page.
What if GPT3.5 asks for a verification code?
The code goes to the email inbox tied to the account — you don't need access to that inbox. The Get Code / Login Info button on your FoxVIP order page reads it for you.
When OpenAI asks for a code
OpenAI sends a 6-digit code to the account email when:
- you sign in from a new device or browser;
- you sign in after switching network nodes;
- the account trips a routine security check.
How to retrieve it
- When the ChatGPT login page asks for a code, keep that page open.
- In a new tab, log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → your GPT3.5 order.
- Click Get Code / Login Info on the order page.
- The latest OpenAI code (6 digits) is displayed.
- Return to the ChatGPT tab and enter it to finish signing in.
Codes expire quickly (roughly 10 minutes) and only the newest one works — fetch it and use it right away.
If no code shows up
- Email delivery can lag; wait 1–2 minutes, then click Get Code / Login Info again to refresh.
- Make sure you actually triggered a send on the ChatGPT page (click Resend, then refresh the order page).
- Code rejected as invalid? You probably grabbed an older one — trigger a resend and fetch the newest.
- If repeated refreshes show nothing, contact FoxVIP live support with your order number.
