You don't need access to any mailbox. The Get Code / Login Info button on your FoxVIP order page shows the latest one-time code that Grok emailed to the account.
The correct order of steps
The sequence matters — request the code first, fetch it second:
- At grok.com, choose Email sign-in, enter the order email, and let Grok send the code.
- Then log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → your Grok order → click Get Code / Login Info.
- Type the 6-digit code into grok.com within a few minutes.
If you fetch the code *before* triggering it at grok.com, you may see an old, already-expired code.
Troubleshooting
- Code rejected as invalid: it likely expired (codes last only a few minutes) or it's a stale one. Trigger a fresh code at grok.com, wait about a minute, then fetch again.
- Requested several codes in a row: rapid repeat requests can get rate-limited. Wait 10-15 minutes before trying once more.
- Grok says the email isn't recognized: double-check you typed the exact address from your order — copy-paste it to be safe.
