What to know before buying HBO Max on FoxVIP

A FoxVIP HBO Max order gives you one seat on a shared account: you get the account login plus one profile that belongs only to you. Most orders are the Premium plan (4K UHD with Dolby Atmos) — check your order page for the exact plan.

What you're actually getting

1. A shared HBO Max account, with the email and password shown on your FoxVIP order page.
2. One assigned profile with your own watch history, My List, and recommendations — other members can't see them.
3. The Premium plan supports up to 4 streams at the same time across the whole account, so everyone can watch simultaneously under normal use.

Note: the app may show up as "Max" or "HBO Max" depending on your device — it's the same service, and signing in works the same way.

Check your region first

HBO Max is available in the US, most of Europe, Latin America, and several Asian markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. It has no local service in mainland China, Japan, South Korea, or India — if you're in one of those places, you'll need your own stable network setup with an IP in a supported region. FoxVIP does not provide network tools.

Three rules on a shared account

1. Never change the password or the account email — the account is maintained by FoxVIP, and changing credentials locks everyone out.
2. Only use your assigned profile. Don't open, rename, create, or delete anyone else's profile.
3. Don't turn on extra security settings on the account. If HBO Max asks for an email verification code, get it from your FoxVIP order page instead of trying to access the mailbox.

Before you pay, double-check

1. Your region (or network setup) is supported.
2. Your device can play what you're paying for — 4K needs a 4K-capable TV or streaming stick.
3. You're comfortable sharing an account where each person keeps to their own profile.
