Midjourney

【Midjourney】Can I use Midjourney images commercially, and how do I download originals?

Confirms commercial rights under a paid membership and walks through downloading full-resolution images on the web app and Discord, including upscaling first.

Can I use Midjourney images commercially, and how do I download originals?

Yes. Images generated under a paid Midjourney membership are covered by the General Commercial Terms and can be used commercially. Download originals from the web app's Organize page, or save the full-size file from Discord.

Commercial rights

  • Images you generate on a paid membership are yours to use — products, ads, covers, social media, and other commercial contexts. FoxVIP orders run on a paid account, so your generations qualify.
  • Two caveats:

1. Without Stealth mode, generations appear in Midjourney's public community gallery, where anyone can see them — keep that in mind for confidential design work. 2. Midjourney's terms require companies with over $1M in annual revenue to be on a Pro/Mega plan for commercial use; individuals and small businesses aren't affected.

  • Copyright registration rules for AI-generated images vary by jurisdiction — for major commercial projects, check your local rules.

Downloading originals: web app (recommended)

  1. Log in to midjourney.com and open Organize in the left sidebar (the image history).
  2. Click the image you want.
  3. Click the download icon (downward arrow) at the top right to save the full-resolution PNG.
  4. For bulk export: on the Organize page, Shift-click to select multiple images, then use Download in the bottom toolbar to grab them as a batch.

Note: the gallery is shared account-wide — you'll see other users' images and they'll see yours. That's expected.

Downloading originals: Discord

  1. After a generation completes, click U1–U4 first to upscale the one you want (saving without upscaling gets you the 4-in-1 grid thumbnail).
  2. Open the upscaled single image and click Open in Browser.
  3. Right-click → "Save image" — that's the original file.

Need higher resolution?

  • Run Upscale (Subtle) on an already-upscaled image to push the pixel count further while preserving detail; Upscale (Creative) adds invented detail as it enlarges.
  • For print-grade sizes, download first and finish with a third-party upscaler.
