【Netflix】Do I get my own Profile on a shared account? Which one is mine?
Every FoxVIP buyer gets a dedicated Netflix Profile — here's how to find yours by the name on your order page and what to avoid touching.
Do I get my own Profile on a shared account? Which one is mine?
Yes — every buyer gets a dedicated Profile that no one else uses. Your watch history, My List, viewing progress, and recommendations are all yours and stay separate from the other seats on the account.
How to find your Profile
- Log in to FoxVIP, go to My Subscriptions, and open your Netflix order.
- Look for the seat number / Profile name field — that's the exact name of your Profile.
- Sign in to Netflix. On the "Who's watching?" screen, select the Profile with that name.
What you can do in your Profile
- Rate titles, build My List, and let recommendations learn your taste.
- Change the Profile's display language and subtitle preferences.
- Set a Profile Lock PIN so only you can open it.
What not to touch
- Other buyers' Profiles — don't open, rename, or delete them, even out of curiosity. Watching on someone else's Profile messes up their history and yours.
- Main account settings — never change the account email, password, or plan. Those are managed by FoxVIP for everyone on the account.
If your Profile looks wrong
- Name doesn't match the order page: refresh the order page first — seat names occasionally get updated. If they still don't match, contact support rather than picking a random Profile.
- Your history shows things you didn't watch: someone may have used your seat by mistake; setting a Profile Lock PIN prevents this.
