I just bought Netflix on FoxVIP — how do I start watching?

Your login details are already waiting on your FoxVIP order page. Grab them, sign in at netflix.com, pick your assigned Profile, and you're watching in about two minutes.

Step 1: Find your login details

1. Log in to FoxVIP and open My Subscriptions.
2. Open your Netflix order.
3. The order page shows the account email, password, and your seat number / Profile name. There's also a "Get Verification Code / Login Info" button for when Netflix asks for a sign-in code.

Step 2: Sign in to Netflix

1. Go to netflix.com (or open the Netflix app) and choose Sign In.
2. Enter the email and password exactly as shown on the order page — copy-paste to avoid typos.
3. If Netflix asks for a verification or sign-in code, go back to the order page and tap Get Verification Code, then enter the code it returns.

Step 3: Pick your Profile

1. On the "Who's watching?" screen, select the Profile that matches the name on your order page — that seat is yours alone.
2. Don't use or edit other Profiles, and never change the account email, password, or plan.

If sign-in fails

• Wrong password error: the password may have rotated — refresh the order page and use the latest one shown.
• Asked for a code: use the Get Verification Code button on the order page; codes can take up to 2 minutes to arrive.
• On a TV, "not part of the Netflix Household": choose I'm Traveling / Watch Temporarily, then fetch the verification link the same way.
