【Netflix】What to know before buying a Netflix shared plan
A quick rundown of how FoxVIP's shared Netflix Premium seats work — your own Profile, a 2-device limit, and the account rules you agree to before ordering.
What to know before buying a Netflix shared plan
What you're buying is one seat on a shared Netflix Premium account — not a whole account of your own. You get a dedicated Profile and full Premium features, but the account is shared with other buyers, so a few rules apply.
How the shared seat works
- Every order runs on the Netflix Premium plan, which supports 4K Ultra HD (you'll need a 4K-capable device and a fast connection to actually see it).
- You get your own dedicated Profile on the account. Your watch history, My List, and recommendations stay private to you — other buyers never see them.
- Each order allows a maximum of 2 devices signed in at the same time. A phone plus a TV is fine; three devices streaming at once is not.
Rules you agree to by ordering
- Never change the main account's email, password, or plan. These are managed by FoxVIP. Changing them locks out every other buyer and voids your order.
- Use only the Profile assigned to you. Don't rename, delete, or watch on other buyers' Profiles.
- If your password stops working, check the FoxVIP order page for the latest credentials instead of resetting anything on Netflix.
Is a shared seat right for you?
- Choose it if you want Premium-quality Netflix at a fraction of the solo price and you're fine sharing the account shell with others.
- Skip it if you need more than 2 simultaneous devices or want full control over account settings — a shared seat can't offer that.
After checkout, everything you need (email, password, seat number, and a "Get Verification Code / Login Info" button) lives on your order page under My Subscriptions in FoxVIP.
