What does "Get Verification Code" do, and why does it keep spinning?

The Get Verification Code button on your FoxVIP order page fetches the sign-in code that Netflix emails to the account's mailbox and displays it to you — since you don't have access to that mailbox yourself. If it spins forever, it usually means no code has arrived yet.

How the mechanism works

1. On Netflix's sign-in screen, you request a code (for example via Use a Sign-In Code) or Netflix triggers a verification prompt on its own.
2. Netflix emails a one-time code to the account's registered mailbox.
3. FoxVIP monitors that mailbox. When you click Get Verification Code on the order page, it pulls the newest code and shows it to you.

The key point: the button can only show a code that Netflix has already sent. If you click it before triggering anything on Netflix's side, there's nothing to fetch — hence the spinner.

If the button just spins

1. Trigger the code first. Go back to the Netflix sign-in or verification screen and request the code there, *then* click the button.
2. Wait 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Netflix's email isn't instant. Give it a moment before clicking again.
3. Refresh and retry. Reload the order page and click Get Verification Code once more.
4. Check you're on the right order. If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure you opened the Netflix order that matches the account you're signing in to.

• Is the code reusable? No — each code is one-time and expires quickly, so enter it as soon as it appears.
• Someone else's code showed up? Codes go to the shared mailbox, so a code triggered by another seat can appear briefly. Trigger your own and fetch again.
