How do I set or remove a Profile PIN? Where do I find my seat PIN?

If your Profile asks for a PIN, the current one is shown on your FoxVIP order page. You can set or remove the PIN yourself through Netflix's Profile Lock settings.

Where to see your seat's PIN

1. Log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your Netflix order.
2. The order page lists your seat's PIN alongside the Profile name. Enter it when Netflix prompts you.

Set or change a PIN

A PIN keeps other people on the shared account (or in your household) out of your Profile.

1. Sign in to Netflix in a web browser — Profile Lock can't be managed from the TV app.
2. Go to Account → find your Profile under Profiles → select Profile Lock.
3. Enter the account password when asked (copy it from your order page).
4. Check Require a PIN to access this profile, enter a 4-digit PIN, and save.

Remove a PIN

1. Same path: Account → your Profile → Profile Lock.
2. Uncheck Require a PIN, confirm with the account password, and save. The Profile opens freely from then on.

Forgot your PIN?

1. Check the order page first — the PIN on file there is usually current.
2. If you changed it yourself and can't recall it, contact FoxVIP support and they'll reset it for your seat.
3. Only change the PIN on your own Profile — other seats' locks belong to their owners.
