【Netflix】Is 4K included? How many devices can I use?
Every order runs on Netflix Premium with 4K support, allows 2 devices streaming at once, and here's what to check when quality or device limits bite.
Is 4K included? How many devices can I use?
Yes — every FoxVIP order is on the Netflix Premium plan, which includes 4K Ultra HD. Each order allows up to 2 devices signed in and streaming at the same time.
Getting actual 4K playback
The plan supports 4K, but you only see it when the whole chain cooperates:
- A 4K-capable device: a 4K TV or streaming device with the Netflix app, or a computer setup that supports 4K playback (browser and display both matter — on Windows, Ultra HD typically needs the Edge browser or the Netflix app plus HDCP 2.2).
- A fast connection: roughly 15 Mbps or more sustained.
- Playback quality set to High: on the web, go to Account → your Profile → Playback settings → select High. If it's on Auto or Data Saver, Netflix may cap the resolution.
- A 4K title: look for the Ultra HD 4K badge on the title page.
If video looks soft, check those four in order — the setting in step 3 is the most commonly missed.
The 2-device limit
- Two screens can stream simultaneously per order — say, your TV and your phone.
- Starting a third stream gets a "too many devices" style error, and Netflix may bump the earliest stream off.
If you get kicked for too many devices
- Make sure playback is fully stopped (not paused) on devices you're done with — a paused stream still counts for a while.
- Sign out of devices you no longer use: Account → Security → Manage access and devices, then sign out of anything unfamiliar or idle.
- If it keeps happening and you're only using two screens, contact support — another cause may be at play.
