How do I join the Office 365 family group?

Open the family invitation link from your FoxVIP order page, sign in with your own Microsoft account, and accept — your subscription activates immediately. The whole thing takes about two minutes.

Step 1: Get your invitation link

1. Log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your Office 365 order.
2. The order page shows your family invitation link. Copy it or click it directly.

Step 2: Accept the invitation

1. Open the link in a browser. You'll see a page saying someone has invited you to join their Microsoft 365 Family.
2. Click Accept invitation.
3. Sign in with your own Microsoft account — not an account supplied by FoxVIP; this service runs on your personal account.
4. Confirm when prompted. A welcome page means you're in.

Step 3: Confirm the subscription is active

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in.
2. Open the Services & subscriptions tab.
3. If you see Microsoft 365 Family listed, your seat is bound successfully.
4. Your OneDrive upgrades to 1TB automatically within a few minutes — check the storage meter at the bottom left of onedrive.com.

If it doesn't work

• Link won't open or says it's expired: invitation links are time-limited. Get a fresh one from the order page, or ask support to resend it.
• "You're already in a family group": a Microsoft account can only belong to one family group at a time. Leave your old group at account.microsoft.com/family first, then accept the invitation.
• Signed in with the wrong account: check the account shown at the top right before accepting. If it's wrong, sign out and sign back in with the correct one.
