How do I start watching after buying Prime Video?

Once payment clears, open "My Subscriptions" on FoxVIP to get your account details, then sign in at primevideo.com. The whole setup takes about three minutes.

Step 1: Get your sign-in details

1. Log in to FoxVIP and open My Subscriptions.
2. Find your Prime Video order and open the order details.
3. The page shows the Amazon account email, the password, and the name of the profile assigned to you.

Step 2: Sign in on the web

1. Go to [primevideo.com](https://www.primevideo.com) and click Sign in in the top-right corner.
2. Enter the email from your order page and click Continue.
3. Paste the password (copy-paste avoids typos) and click Sign in.
4. If Amazon asks for an OTP, fetch it from your order page using the Get verification code button — see "What do I do when Prime Video asks for an OTP code?" for the exact timing.

Step 3: Pick your profile

1. After signing in, click the avatar icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select the profile named on your order page.
3. Your watch history, Watchlist, and playback progress now live in that profile only.

Phones and TVs

• Phone/tablet: install the "Amazon Prime Video" app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same credentials.
• Smart TV / streaming box: use the activation-code method so you never type a password with the remote — see "How do I sign in to Prime Video on my TV with an activation code?"

If it doesn't work

• Password rejected: refresh the order page and retry with the latest password.
• Stuck on verification: switch networks (Wi-Fi to mobile data) and try again.
• No credentials on the order page yet: the order may still be provisioning; refresh after a few minutes. If nothing appears after 30 minutes, contact FoxVIP live chat with your order number.
