Grab the email and password from your FoxVIP order page, then sign in at app.runwayml.com — everything runs in the browser.
Where do I start after buying Runway?
After your purchase, log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your Runway order. The order page shows the account email and password. Then sign in at app.runwayml.com in your browser — no software to install.
How to sign in
- Open your browser (Chrome or Edge recommended) and go to
app.runwayml.com. - Click Log in and enter the email and password from your order page.
- You'll land on the Runway dashboard. If an onboarding survey pops up, just skip it — and don't change any account settings.
Where to generate from
- The Generate a video button on the home screen, or Generative Session in the left sidebar, is where text-to-video and image-to-video happen.
- Assets in the sidebar holds the account's media library; Sessions keeps every past generation.
- The number in the bottom-left corner is the plan's remaining credit balance.
If you can't sign in
- Wrong password error: re-copy the credentials from the order page — watch for stray spaces, and note the password is case-sensitive.
- Asked for an email verification code: go back to your FoxVIP order page and click the Get verification code / login info button; if no code appears, wait a minute or two and refresh.
- The page won't load at all: Runway can be picky about some networks — try a different network or an incognito window.
