What are the usage limits of TV Companion?

TV Companion is a shared-access service, and its limits fall into three groups: device count, account changes, and sign-in scope. Stay within them and the service runs smoothly for your whole term.

Device count

• Up to 2 devices per order at the same time (say, an iPhone plus an Apple TV).
• Sign out on the old device before switching to a new one — rapid multi-device activity can trip Apple's fraud checks and temporarily lock the account.

Account changes — all prohibited

• Don't change the password, email, or security questions, and don't toggle two-factor authentication. The account is maintained by FoxVIP; any change knocks every member offline at once and counts as a service violation.
• Don't change the account region, add payment methods, or spend account balance on in-app purchases, movie rentals, or buys.
• Don't add the account to your own Family Sharing group.

Sign-in scope

• Only three entry points are allowed: the TV app, the Music app, and Media & Purchases. iCloud (the Apple Account at the top of Settings) is forbidden — "How do I use Apple TV+ and Apple Music?" explains the risks in detail.
• Your service covers the bundled Apple TV+, Infuse Pro, and Apple Music. If you see other subscriptions or apps on the account, they're not part of your plan — leave them untouched.

What happens if rules are broken

Signing into iCloud, changing the password, or exceeding the device limit immediately affects everyone on the account.
