What if the invite expired or the family group is full?

YouTube Premium

【YouTube Premium】What if the invite expired or the family group is full?

How to get a fresh family invite from your FoxVIP order page when the link has expired, and what to do when Google says the group is full.

What if the invite expired or the family group is full?

Invite links only stay valid for a limited time, and a "family group is full" message usually just means a previous member hasn't been removed yet. Both are fixed by having the invite resent — your order and your seat are not affected.

Expired invite: get a new one

  1. Log in to FoxVIP → My Subscriptions → open your YouTube Premium order.
  2. Click Resend invitation (or re-submit your Google email, depending on what the page shows).
  3. When the new invite email lands (usually within a few hours), accept it promptly rather than letting it sit and expire again.

"Family group is full"

A Google family group holds one manager plus up to five members. If you see this error, the previous member's seat probably hasn't been freed yet:

  1. There's nothing to fix on your side — contact FoxVIP live support with your order number.
  2. Once the manager clears the seat, a fresh invite goes to your email. Accept it and you're in.

Other things to check

  • Signed-in account: when you click the invite link, the browser must be signed in to the exact Google account you submitted. If several accounts are signed in on the device, switch first, then accept.
  • Email address: confirm the Gmail on your order page has no typos — the invite only goes to that address.
  • Region error on accepting: that's an account-country issue, not an invite issue. See "What if it says my country doesn't match the family group?" in this category.
